Now if someone types in our url and uses .com instead of .org, they will be re-directed to the SoulForce site. Isn’t that interesting?

The concept of virginity encompasses a lot more than just the commitment to refrain from all forms of sexual activity, unless one is in a permanent marriage relationship.
For one to commit to, and live a life of virginity, there must also be a committed relationship with the Creator of the Universe. The first and greatest allegiance any human can make is to God. This is the focus when a commitment of virginity is made. God says in His word that our bodies are not our own, and that we have been purchased with a price through the sacrifice of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Jesus earned our loyalty and commitment not to live as we desire, but as He desires. When one becomes a Christian, they instantaneously become one with Divinity. This means their bodies belong to God. In addition to becoming one with the Lord, they also become one with every other believer because we are all part of the same body! When the Holy Spirit makes this awesome truth a reality in the life of a Christian, they look at virginity in a totally different way. They no longer live as they please, they become accountable to both God and the body of Christ. We are indeed accountable to one another in the Lord!

We at Securing Hope Ministry believe knowledge is power, and to impart the knowledge that every Christian is actually one with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, will motivate those who gain
this knowledge, to live a life that will bring God glory. Some people may ask, ‘is it possible to live in this day and age as a virgin’? Our question is, “Is God still God”?
Virginity is one of the most significant commitments any Christian can make, as a matter of fact, it's the second most important decision a child can make. To be able to make and keep a vow of virginity to God, means one is able and prepared to eventually make a commitment for marriage. Both require the total surrender of self, discipline, sacrifice, and putting first someone else other than self. This level of commitment is vital because it not only benefits the person making the commitment,it also benefits the entire Body of Christ.This is a reality that must be understood and taught. When the body of Christ benefits—society benefits. Would sexual immorality, STDs and unwanted pregnancies be so rampant if virginity was the rule and not the exception?
The Body of Christ as a whole does not understand the vital importance of supporting the choice of our youth and adults as well, to be abstinence until marriage. We don’t promote it, encourage it, and hold it in the highest regard as we should. We give more recognition to worldly achievements, such as sports and scholastics, than we do for the commitment of being sexually pure until marriage. It’s time to re-commit ourselves, as the Body of Christ, to establish and support the “Value of Virginity” and help make this the goal of each and every child. Other than coming to the Lord, remaining a virgin is the most important commitment a child can make. If we do God’s will and fulfill our God given responsibility to train our children in the way they should go, and encourage the lifestyle of saints instead of those in the world, we will change a generation. It is possible because it is righteous; it is righteous because it is the will of God! The book, Sex, Satan, and the Church, Exposing the Lie, covers principles that if followed, will help parents and youth leaders to focus on those concepts that will ensure the choice of virginity. One of these concepts involves being P.O.R.E. in the spirit, and is a very successful method of establishing the habits that will ensure one’s ability to make and keep a commitment of abstinence.

Q. What is a 2V seminar?
A. It is a powerful tool in the form of “knowledge” designed to expose erroneous information and change the present mindset concerning human sexuality that is present in the Body of Christ. It establishes the biblical concept of human sexuality and exposes the satanic concept that’s been accepted as truth. It's strait forward, non-compromising non-condemning, honest and actually life changing, it’s unlike any seminar you’ve ever experienced dealing with sexual issues!
Q. What does it cover?
A. It’s a very comprehensive seminar on human sexuality from a Christian perspective.It covers subjects that should be common knowledge but are not mentioned in most churches. However each seminar can be structured based upon the desire of the pastor or coordinator and the specific need of the congregation. Our presentations are very exact and frank. We present human sexuality as a gift from God that should be valued and used as God ordained.
Q. Who is it for?
A. Our seminar is specifically designed for youth 12 and up, their parents or guardians, and the single population. However the information is beneficial for the entire congregation, especially the leaders. We have had parents bring their children as young as 8-years-old because they felt that the information presented would be beneficial for thier child, and it was.
Q. How is the seminar structured?
A. Our seminar can be tailored for the specific needs of each church or group. It can be a one, two or three day event. Most of our seminars are conducted over a two-three day period. We offer seminars for mixed groups, male & female, or they can be gender specific. We actually discuss and plan the structure with the coordinator assigned by the pastor of the church. We use power point to show our presentation and include audience participation. This component is very effective when reaching and maintaining the interest of the audience.
Q. What is the goal of the seminar?
A. The goal of each seminar is primarily twofold. First we want to establish that there is a difference between the way the world views and deals with human sexuality and the way God has purposed it. We believe in education, education, education, because of the silence and lack of knowledge about “divinely designed” sexuality in the home and thus in the Church, the wrong principles and concepts have been accepted as reality resulting in the epidemic of unwed mothers and fathers, STDs resulting in untold devastation and demonic influences in the lives and families of those who call Jesus Christ their Lord and Savior. This is no longer acceptable and must be stopped; the ignorance is killing our children!
Second, because of knowledge (light) and the involvement of the Holy Spirit, the goal to get commitments for either virginity or celibacy until marriage ,by single members of the congregation, young and old, will be realized. We work with the pastor to plan a “2V Commitment Service” ASAP after we get the initial commitments after the seminar. We believe this focus will result in re-dedications and even baptisms for each congregation that host a 2V seminar. Ultimately we want to leave the church with the Godly concept of sexuality and solicit a commitment by every member to help combat sexual immorality in any form within the Body of Christ. It’s the knowledge our seminar imparts that motivates compliance to holy lifestyles.
Our over all goal is to provide the information necessary to get the Body of Christ to understand the extreme need for valuing and encourage virginity and abstinence. We believe that virginity is not just about “not having sex”; it is a Christian life style that includes refraining from all forms of sexual immorality, both physically and mentally, and obey the commands of a loving wise creator. It involves the realization and acceptance of the privilege to live in a manner that brings God glory. It includes knowing that every Christian’s body is not their own, but belongs to God because of the precious sacrifice of Jesus Christ. In essence, virginity also involves being converted thus justified in Christ and living each day experiencing the sanctification process because of the indwelling Holy Spirit.
Q. What literature do you use?
A. We use primarily the King James Version Bible, our publications and other documentation pertaining to the subject matter.We also may use handouts depending on the type of seminar presented. Everyone is encouraged to bring their own Bible.
Q. Are the books for sale?
A. Yes, participants are encouraged to purchase their own book(s). The subject matter of the seminar is taken from some of the chapters in the books.
Q. How are you compensated?
A. This is a ministry and our information is from God and inspired by the Holy Spirit. We do believe that a workman is worthy of their hire. Luke 10:7 And in the same house remain, eating and drinking such things as they give: for the labourer is worthy of his hire...
We ask for a honorarium $350.00-$500.00 for seminars conducted outside of our local area, however within our local area we request a honorarium, and gas reimbursement if outside of the city. We do our best to work within the budget of the sponsoring organization.Since this is a ministry, we rely on the graciousness of our host.
We ask that all travel (@.38 per mile if we drive), and hotel expenses be taken care of by the sponsoring church or ministry if applicable. We make our own flight and hotel reservations and inform the sponsor prior to our travel. These fees must be taken care of prior to our departure. We also ask that an area be made available with an eight foot table, if available, so we can offer for sale our ministry material, i.e. books, DVDs, CDs, ministry promotional items and products used to help fund our ministry and educate those we serve. Sowing into our ministry is always encouraged and welcomed! We are a 501 (c) 3 non-profit ministry.

Q. Does your ministry only offer the 2V seminar?
A. No, we actually have additional seminars & workshops that address specific issues, i.e. how to develop an abstinence ministry, abstinence education workshop, dating dangers, “porn, pain or pleasure”, homosexuality revealed, sodomizing America, demons and sex. etc...
In addition, instead of just offering the seminar, we want to help the church or organization develop a permanent program to help those who make commitments to be successful. We have created an abstinence curriculum that is designed to provide a Biblical world view of the value of abstinence.
This curriculum contains the information that will empower parents, pastors and ministry leaders with the tool needed to educate and establish values and principles that are in harmony with the will of God in regards to sexuality. Many parents and pastors asked for this type of information in order to continue the educative process started by our seminars, much of the curriculum content addresses the subjects identified as being important elements in the education of our youth and others in the Body of Christ. This is a suggested sequence of the program from beginning to end. This will help each church or organization schedule their 2V seminar and subsequent activities.
1)Call and get any questions answered about our 2V seminar. A seminar can be scheduled any time the church or organization is ready to go forward.
2)The time, structure and details of the seminar will be finalized. Talking with the appropriate person or group, i.e. youth or singles ministry leader, can be arranged by the pastor if necessary. The 2V Commitment Service can also be scheduled. This will be helpful so the exact date can be mentioned at the seminar.
3)After seminar, conduct the 2V Commitment Service.

We submit that Satan has launched an attack against the Church of God in the form of sexual immorality. Because of the erroneous mindset and the silence the Body of Christ has about human sexuality, untold unwanted even evil consequences are being realized. God said in His word that His people will be destroyed for the lack of knowledge, our goal is to provide the knowledge that will enlighten and change minds, thus change attitudes and habits.

We believe in, and promote the value of virginity.
We believe that abstinence from sexual activity in any form is required by God until marriage, without exception. Not submitting to God’s will in this matter is not only sinful, it can be lethal!
We believe that God established the concept and structure of marriage (one man and one woman) before sin entered into the world, which reflected His perfect will for mankind. To establish any other structure or union is sin and detrimental to those who are involved, as well as society as a whole.
We believe that teaching God’s desire for mankind in regards to human sexuality, through word & deed, and being open about human sexuality, especially to our youth, will reverse the tide of sexual immorality that is so rampant in our society, and change a generation. We believe Evil flourishes when godly people do nothing.
We believe "sex" as practice by the world, in concept, is of Satan. Intimacy in concept is of God. There is a difference and it must be made plain. To confuse the two results in misinformation, ignorance, confusion, disease and death.
We believe because God is God, any effort to expose the lie about human sexuality—we now accept as truth, will result in many people being saved from the power of evil forces that entrap thousands in the hellish pit of sexual immorality. Our company was formed in the heart of the President and Founder, Natasha David-Walker, who knew at an early age, before HIV/AIDS became a global crisis that it would be.
In her high school yearbook (1988) secret ambition column, she cites “curing AIDS.” Natasha was only 18 and AIDS was barely 8. Elder Raymond S. King Jr. is first generation Seventh Day Adventist and has been a member of the Adventist faith for over 30 years. He served as a Local Elder for over fifteen years and has also served as Head Elder, Deacon, Sabbath School teacher (over 20 years), Sabbath School Superintendent (six years), and AYS Leader. One of Elder King’s spiritual gifts is the gift of teaching. He has conducted numerous Bible and Bible prophesy studies and baptism classes. His students have ranged from middle-school age children to adults. He has an associate degree in Emergency Medicine and worked for his local EMS Service for over eight years where he served the first two years as an EMT, then EMT-IV and the last six plus years as a Paramedic. He was a CPR instructor, an EMT examiner, and also one of two of the first Paramedics in his county to become ACLS (Advance Cardiac Life Support) certified and was recognized and awarded for being involved in saving over ten lives through successful cardiac arrest resuscitations. After leaving EMS he began manufacturing consumable products and has been owner/operator of a manufacturing company which produces over 40 products. He also has been involved in planning and overseeing the development of six sub-divisions totaling over 200 homes.

He has been married to the former Susan Peay for over 30 years and they have one son, Raymond S. King III. It was his and his wife’s involvement in starting a study group held in their home each Friday night for over 2 ½ years, with teens and young adults, that lead him to start a ministry God called he and his wife to maintain and to serve the Body of Christ. The ministry is called “Securing Hope Ministry”, it is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit with a mission to help re-establish the value of virginity in the Body of Christ. It was in preparation for an abstinence program that the members of the study group decided to conduct which made Elder King painfully aware of the major issue involving STDs, our youth and singles. This revelation also made him aware of the lack of information on sexual issues in the Church.
His studies in preparation for the abstinence program together with a conviction to help change the way the Church dealt with sex related issues, lead him to continue doing research. He actually learned about subjects and issues he never was taught and certainly did not hear discussed in Church. The awesome revelation regarding the way society, including the Church, looks at sex and the way God intended it to be viewed and understood, being so different, lead Elder King to author his first book entitled, Sex, Satan and the Church…Exposing the Lie!This book establishes the difference between the activity the world calls sex, and the gift God gave to mankind that Elder King calls intimacy. There is a moral difference, and the consequences experienced when one gets involved with the worldly activity are ones adversely affecting generations. The book is candid and comprehensively discusses the issues that have been so painfully silent in the Body of Christ.
He has finished his second book entitled Down Low or Low Down, The Sexual Weapon of Mass Destruction—What the church should Know. This publication boldly exposes the Down Low culture and how it has adversely affected the Body of Christ and society. It’s an discussion on a real problem in the Church and establishes the responsibility of the Church in regards to this issue.It also offers the reality of escape and avoidance of this hellish bondage and the role the Church has in this issue.
In addition Elder King has completed his "Sola Scriptura" abstinence curriculum. This curriculum is designed to provide a Biblical world view of the value of abstinence and focus on sexuality the way God intended. He believes that the subject of sexuality needs to be taught and discussed in both the home and the Church, not in the public arena or the schools. This curriculum is created for parents, pastors, youth, young adult and singles leaders or anyone wanting to have a means of learning or teaching abstinence from a Biblical perspective.
This curriculum was used as the resource for the very first "Abstinence Education" Pathfinder Honor class taught at the 2009 South Atlantic Conference camp meeting.
He has the God given burden to help re-establish the value of virginity in the Body of Christ and help the Church celebrate the awesome gift of sexuality, instead of being ashamed to even mention or discuss openly sexual issues. He believes that Satan is using sexuality as an effective weapon against the Body of Christ and unless the Church becomes “REAL” and stops running away from issues and reality, it will never be the healing component on earth and the organization of change God has intended and enabled.
In addition to being an author, Elder King conducts his unique 2V seminar throughout the country, which is non-compromising, passionate, life changing and effective.This seminar re-establishes the value of virginity and establishes the biblical principles of human sexuality, while at the same time, exposes the many myths and lies we have come to believe. Because of the involvement of the Holy Spirit, many teens and single adults have made vows of virginity or celibacy after the information from the seminar is received and understood. It is the fact that someone is talking to them with love and genuine concern that enables hearts to be softened and mindsets changed. Knowledge is power and the three plus hours it takes to complete this seminar insures that a lot of power is being offered and received.
His burden is genuine and Elder King is driven to expose the lie about sexuality that’s caused the ruin of so many people of God. His goal is to develop a nationwide ministry that helps congregations, faith based organization and others make virginity and righteous living a priority, use and appreciate the gift of sexuality as God intends and help facilitate the coming together of ministries that want to reverse the assault of sexual immorality that’s been launched against the Body of Christ.
God has blessed Elder King to be successful in establishing a coalition of pastors and ministry leaders from varied denominations, which together represent over 5,000 members. The coalition is called the “Christian Coalition for Moral Purity and Heterosexual Marriage”. Together these pastors and ministry leaders have committed to indeed make virginity and sexual purity a priority in their congregations and break the cycle of ignorance and avoidance when it comes to sexual issues. The coalition is also working to establish a union of ministries that will boldly speak out loud and proclaim God’s will in regards to marriage and the family.
Elder King was instrumental in exposing the information that motivated these righteous men and women of God to consider the ineffectiveness of the Church in combating sexual promiscuity in all forms and vow to work together to reverse the generational curse of ignorance and disobedience that’s caused untold amounts of suffering and death, both physically and spiritually.
The affair was blessed to have over 600 people from all denominations and ethnic communities attend. Ministries as far west as California and as far south as Florida were involved. Mike Haley from Focus on the Family was one of our main speakers and Mr. AC Green retired pro-basketball player was the keynote speaker. A set of four DVDs were created to capture the spirit and resulting impact the conference had on the attendees .
The second conference was held the following year with special emphasis on the "Biblical" family unit.
Elder King, his book and the conference has had local, national and international media coverage. He has been interviewed on TCT, which is shown in over 170 countries and is currently the creator/producer of his own local weekly television show entitled, Sex, Satan and the Church.
Elder King believes that every member of the Body of Christ has a ministry and an obligation to serve the Body of Christ with that ministry. He is very thankful to not only know what his ministry is, but to be able to use it in a manner that has and will continue to effect generations. Although he is committed to be of service to the entire Body of Christ and to those who are yet to become members, his main objective is to see his family in the kingdom. It is an awesome blessing when one’s family is involved together in serving the Body of Christ and one that he can give praises and honor to Jesus Christ for making a reality in the King family.
It has been said that before the moral character of America will change, we the people, specifically the Church, will have to expose and denounce those elements that are detrimental to society in general and to our youth specifically.
One of these detrimental elements is the immoral music created by “too” many individuals in the Hip Hop industry and exposed freely to those who cannot handle the detrimental affect of this music, the least of which is our youth.
This detrimental element of Hip Hop has been maintained because of the inadequate challenge from those who believe in the moral standards that insure the peaceful, productive co-existence of any society. For me not to have taken a stronger stance against what I know is not only wrong but destructive made me in a way a part of the problem instead of the solution. However enough is enough!
The straw that broke the camel’s back for me is a song that took society by storm. This hip hop song is even more popular because of a dance that was created along with the song. I first heard this song and saw the dance on the Ellen DeGeneres show. The song and dance seemed innocent and I was initially amused at the youthful imagination of the young man who created it.
However I found out that the “real” message of the song is actually sexual in nature and involves one of the most demeaning practices I’ve ever heard of being done to females. The song is referencing the practice of male “supermaning” a female. This is the practice of a male masturbating and ejaculating on the back of a female while she is asleep. The male will then place a sheet on top of the semen which will dry and cause the sheet to stick to the female’s back. When the female gets out of bed, the sheet looks like a cape on her back, thus making her look like “superman”. This unfortunately is a common practice that’s celebrated by some of our youth, to the point where now a song championing this practice is not only created; it’s on the top of the charts.
I know this sounds outrageous, which makes it even more critical that I and other Christian warriors who want to be part of the solution, do what we can to expose the real message behind this song and awaken people to the issues of such music. With the consistent, purposeful demeaning of women so prevalent in the hip hop culture, we can no longer remain silent about this societal ill.I know without a doubt many parents would protest this song and a lot of youngsters would not give this song the time of day, if they were aware of the true nature of this trash!
To make matters worse, the song & dance is viewed in many circles, including major TV mediums like the Ellen DeGeneres show and in public schools using the “clean” version. This keeps the real meaning of this song under the radar. The un-sanitized original version has profanity and refers to females as the typical “hoes” and “b******” heard in too many hip hop songs.One of the main phrases in the song, “watch me crank that soulja boy” is actually referring to masturbation with the female being the ultimate object of abuse “super soak that Hoe”.
One more thing before I close, I also found a “Sponge Bob” cartoon on “You Tube” with the varied characters appearing to sing and move to the un-censored version. Just think, very young children, who have grown up on this popular cartoon, may be exposed to the vilest of massages and musical themes available to them on a very accessible medium. How many conscientious and informed parents, pastors, youth and community leaders would stand still and let the children under their charge hear or see this type of music? Parents and others must be made aware of this issue.
I have “included” the original lyrics with the Sponge Bob cartoon for your review. I don’t mean to be disrespectful by the inclusion of these elements however I felt that you would want proof and not just take my word.
You can help me make it harder for this type of destructive message to be so freely distributed and promoted. I and my wife travel throughout the country and actually expose this and other sexual related issues that need to be addressed in and by the Church.I have learned that when the right people know better, they do better. If some parents still feel that Hip Hop is a necessary element in the lives of their children, society should at least insist that the songs be decent. All music that our youth are exposed to, including, if the parents allow, hip hop, should contain messages that are positive and beneficial to their development. I want it to be understood that I’m not putting ALL Hip Hop in the same category; there are some youngsters who have made a commitment not to include such degrading lyrics in their music, which is admirable. Our youth need our direction, with the proper guidance they will not so easily be led astray.
I want to make it clear that I feel the young man who created the songand dance is definitely misguided and I know unfortunately this mind-set is part of the hip-hop culture, however unless we speak against and correct this mind-set, countless youth will be indoctrinated in accepting this and other destructive practices. In this industry, sexual immorality seems to be the rule not the exception, together we can and must stand against this type of infestation in our society. We can make a difference.

Elder Raymond S. King Jr. is first generation Seventh Day Adventist and has been a member of the Adventist faith for over 30 years. He served as a Local Elder for over fifteen years and has also served as Head Elder, Deacon, Sabbath School teacher (over 20 years), Sabbath School Superintendent (six years), and AYS Leader. One of Elder King’s spiritual gifts is the gift of teaching. He has conducted numerous Bible and Bible prophesy studies and baptism classes. His students have ranged from middle-school age children to adults. He has an associate degree in Emergency Medicine and worked for his local EMS Service for over eight years where he served the first two years as an EMT, then EMT-IV and the last six plus years as a Paramedic. He was a CPR instructor, an EMT examiner, and also one of two of the first Paramedics in his county to become ACLS (Advance Cardiac Life Support) certified and was recognized and awarded for being involved in saving over ten lives through successful cardiac arrest resuscitations.
